Kevin Tierney is a Chartered Civil and Structural Engineer and Certified Insurance Practitioner with 35 years’ experience. He specialises in structural damage assessment, cracking, subsidence and foundation problems in residential and commercial properties.

Kevin graduated from University College Cork (UCC) in 1991 with a Degree in Civil Engineering, specialising in Structural Engineering. (The degree is now known as Civil, Structural & Environmental Engineering.) He later completed a Master of Engineering (M.A.I.) at Trinity College Dublin, along with further qualifications in project management and construction law.

Kevin is registered as a Chartered Engineer with Engineers Ireland and also holds the European Engineer (Eur Ing) professional title, which is recognised across all EU member states.
